Understanding of air knife for blowing off bottle body moisture

Working principle: After the compressed air of the high-pressure fan enters the air knife, it is blown out at a high speed by an airflow sheet with a thickness of only 0.05 mm. Through the Coanda effect principle and the special geometric shape of the air knife, this sheet air curtain can reach 30 to 40 times the ambient air, and form a thin high-strength, high-flow impact air curtain. The air knife is divided into standard air knife and super air knife in terms of working mode. The air curtain of the standard air knife is deflected by 90 degrees and blows out, while the air curtain of the super air knife blows out horizontally.

Installation:

1. The inside of the casing and other casings should be inspected to prevent tools or sundries from being left behind;

2. The high-pressure vortex air pump and the air pipe are connected by a hose (flexible material and non-combustible), the length should not be less than 200mm, and the diameter of the pipe is the same as the size of the fan inlet and outlet. In order to ensure that the hose does not twist and deform during the operation of the system, it should be installed with a moderate degree of tightness. For the canvas hose installed at the suction end of the fan, it can be installed slightly tighter to prevent it from being sucked in when the fan is running, and reduce the cross-sectional size of the canvas hose;

3. Ensure the horizontal position of the main shaft, and measure the concentricity of the main shaft to the motor shaft and the non-parallelism of the two ends of the coupling. The uniformity of the non-parallelism of the two axes is 0.05mm, and the uniformity of the non-parallelism of the two ends of the two-axis device is 0.05mm;

4. The steel bracket of the vacuum fan must be fixed on the concrete foundation, and the rubber vibration damping pad must be added between the steel bracket of the fan and the foundation. All fan and motor components are installed on the whole steel bracket, and the steel frame is installed on the vibration damping pad on the top of the foundation, and the vibration damping pad is made of porous rubber plate;

5. The diameter of the outlet of the high-pressure vortex air pump can only be enlarged and cannot be reduced. The rear air outlet should be equipped with an insect-proof net, and a weather cap must be added when the air is directed upwards;

6. After installation, try to turn the transmission group to check whether it is too tight or collides with the fixed part. Any inadequacies found must be adjusted.
