Qixingyuan team building activities: working together for a better future

For this group building activity, we selected a scenic scenery resort located in Huizhou City, Guangdong Province. In the morning, all staff gathered with anticipation and excitement. This activity was hosted by the boss personally, the whole process was orderly.
The activities are colorful and focus on the convergence of teamwork and competitive confrontation. Firstly, all staff are divide into five groups for expansion training, billiards, table tennis, tug of war and other programs tested each team's communication and collaboration and trust. Supporting each other in the challenge, they appreciate the strength of team, understand that only together can overcome the difficulty.As following is a multi-player pedal challenge, where team members joined forces to demonstrate a united corporate culture. Each aspect of the activity incorporates the meaning of team building, which enables employees to feel the importance of teamwork in their entertainment.
Lunch is a taste buds enjoyment. All staff made a variety of specialty cuisine, exchanging experiences and enhancing mutual understanding and friendship. Such exchanges also facilitate integration between different sectors and facilitate closer cooperation in the future.
The group building activities in the afternoon were even more exciting, with a variety of competitive competitions. Climbing, cs, relays, etc., challenges the physical strength and will of employees. Despite sweating, everyone's face was filled with joy and contentment, and they felt the strength of team and joy of victory.
