Working Principle
After compressing the air into the air knife, it blows out at a high speed with a thin airflow with a thickness of only 0.05 mm on one side. Through the principles of Cohenda effects and the special geometric shape of the air knife, this thin -screen air curtain can maximize 30-40 times of the environmental air, forming a thin high -strength, atmospheric shock curtain. The air knife is divided into two types: standard air knife and super air knife from the working mode. The standard air knife is blew 90 degrees, and the level of the super air knife is blown out.
Characteristics
1.Air knife manufacturing material is aluminum alloy or stainless steel. The aluminum alloy air knife is plated in the manufacturing process. The service life is much longer than other similar products. Stainless steel air knife can be used for high temperature and high corrosion environment.
2.The "full air flow" design, which means the width of the air knife is exactly same as the width of its the air curtain . The back of the air knife is installed and connected to the threaded holes, which can be combined as required on demand;
3.The maximum drainage of the air knife is 40 times of the environmental air, and the amount of air consumption is only 1/5 of the traditional air -blowing pipe;
4.There is no any wear inside the air knife. The internal gasket is made of stainless steel, and the service life is up to 10 years.
5.Air knife use compressed air to drive, no electricity, can be used in explosion -proof environment.
